    This stainless steel espresso machine by Profitec is perfect for those who love to take control of their morning cup of joe. Equipped with PID control, the Pro 500 PID allows for precise regulation of boiler temperature. The machine also has a sensor that shuts it off when the water level is low, and an orange control lamp that indicates when the water level is low.     This model espresso machine is very easy to maintain. It is due soon for a clean and possible gasket/shower screen replacement. They say every year if used regularly. It has not been used a full year since ownership. Clive Coffee or Whole Latte Love has a great video on how to maintain these machines. It is simple. I did run backflushes regularly.
