Nuova Simonelli Aurelia 3 group autovolumetric espresso machine.
Circa mid 2000s. Professionally rebuilt by Espresso Enterprises in Indianapolis in 2016 and then stored until now. We're only selling because we no longer need it. New pump, steam valves, solenoids, descaled boiler, and more. Connected and tested - works perfectly. Used with blended RO filtered water - never ran on unfiltered city water (we can verify this because WE used this machine, unlike other equipment vendors who may not know the full story of the equipment they are selling).
Produces excellent steam and consistent temp/pressure for espresso beverages. An absolute unit!
Would be great for a coffee shop, restaurant looking to expand their menu offerings, or the residential super-human.
Excellent mechanical condition, "good" cosmetic condition (scuffs and scratches).
