Massive Kitchen Hood Surround Arch, Custom Size and design, Stone Range Hood

This design was SHOWCASED in
Architectural Digest Magazine
a few years back.
This is a counter top design (corbels sit on top of counter top).
This hood size goes around a 48” to 84” wide exhaust fan liner (fits almost ALL models).
It will also fit smaller exhaust liners/fans (We have smaller sizes that fit 36” to 60” fan assemblies).
This hood surround is made out of a proprietary GFRC (Very strong Hybrid lightweight concrete material).  It is designed to be made any width desired.
It comes with GIANT table top corbels.  There are two (2) designs to choose from (your choice- INCLUDED)
This type of cast stone has a full ‘
Fiberglass Net’
embedded in the cast material.  Not just small fiber strands like other manufacturers, but a full fiber net for safety and durability (NO FOAM).
The design also has stainless steel reinforcement rods embedded in the cast material that make it very light and strong.
Comes with 2 each trim panels (1” thick) to trim around the bottom housing (bottom side).  These panels are radius to fit the arch opening. Trim Panels are INCLUDED.
Center Keystone
: This can come with or without the center keystone.
We have 3 designs to choose from (included in price).
Color and Texture:
The cast stone can be smooth or rustic and stained any color.  Staining is optional.
Upper Hood (over hood):
This is the panel STRUCTURE and crown that extend above the hood.  This is custom made to your setting. If you will want the hood to extend very high, you will have to let me know the size you have in mind and I can give you a price for this. Upper Hood structure is NOT included in price.

At StoneBella we do not "hire out" our packing of our products, we pack everything ourselves in our warehouse. Our packing technique was developed by the design laboratory of a professional packing company that has been in the packing business since 1960!
We use a full "Foam Encasement" packing system and all of our crates are sealed with plywood (no slat crates).
We DO NOT tell you that "shipping is the responsibility of the buyer".
We do not ship without first "Bullet-Proofing" the wooden crate so that it will withstand USA Trucking Company’s handling of it whether it is going 100 miles or 4000 miles.

Everything we take pictures of is physically in our StoneBella inventory & available to purchase and ship to your location.
We DO NOT tell you that "The picture above is made of a slightly different marble than the one you are bidding on". We DO NOT offer a product to you from an obscure photo and tell you that we can ship it out 12 to 16 weeks later!
(Question: What if it arrives 16 weeks later and its broken…then what will you do?--wait another 16 weeks!)

After that, we charge only per month for a period of 6 months.
