    La Marzocco Strada EE

    The Strada EE is a semi- automatic machine with paddle on/off activation of the brew cycle. Each group has a saturated independent boiler controlled by a PID. Individual 2 step pre-infusion can be programmed independently. The EE has proportional steam valves for greater control of desired steam pressure when wanting to steam in smaller pitchers. This machine is suited for high volume application with trained Baristas.
    Fully serviced and ready for installation. Must install appropriate water filtration based on water test by your local water filtration professionals. Failure to do so voilds any warranty with La Marzocco. Please note crack in gauge cover- does not affect functioncosmetic only.
