Internally, the PB features a dual boiler system, which is also paired with PID temperature control, volumetric controls and independent brew boilers for each head.Paired with shot timers and insulated boilers, these features ensure consistency and control. This machine paired with  the brand new F64 EVO PRO further ensures consistent and fantastic coffee.  In particular F64 Evo Pro makes incredible use of its flat blades and high revolution speeds in order to grind coffee consistently, especially in the peak periods. The F64 Pro also features an electronic display, which features temperature and electronic grind on demand dosage adjustment which allows for the highest level of freshness with the beans being ground directly into the group basket. The new Pro range also comes with a detachable grind chamber and anti climbing burrs, making maintenance, cleaning every day care extremely easy. This beautiful set has also been paired with a mini barista kit including 2x 600ml milk jugs, a black Pesado tamper and a tamper mat to get you started.
