Kees Van Der Westen released their Mirage in 2001 as an elegant and efficient way to brew espresso using the Kee’s thermo-syphon heat exchanger system to ensure temperature stability throughout your busy morning rush & E61 group heads for a superior brew quality. This beautiful Mirage takes the much loved features and paired them with Kees Van Der Westen Bastone levers to give baristas extra control over their shots. The Bastone levas can be programmed to run 2 volumetric doses and a manual continuous flow via a  pushbutton and ensures quality shots for every coffee. This machine has also been paired with some stylish black and silver pesado handles.
