Award winning cheese with a buttery-flavored, flat & squeaky cheese made in Scandinavia for over 200 years -- called "Juustoleipa" or "Ostbrod" meaning bread cheese". We bake each piece in our own special ovens to create a delicious toasty crust.
To Serve: Warm in over, microwave, skillet or grill unit it glistens. Cut into strips and serve for breakfast or dessert with jam, honey or syrup.
They then add a special blend of spices creating a cheese that tastes like a pizza without the crust!
Gently warm and serve with marinara or alfredo sauce.
Traditional cheese created with milk from cows on Wisconsin's pastures, hand milked by Amish farmers & delivered to our plant in chilled milk cans.... the old fashioned way.
