2003 Gillig low floor city bus with kneeling

Description

I bought 2003 Gillig low floor city bus 3 years ago from AVIS when they changed their entire fleet at the airport.
I planned to convert it to a motor home but life got busy and no time to spend on the bus. All I did was removing chairs as shown in the picture.
The mileage reading was around 250K on dashboard but I am not sure that is correct reading.
It has a Detroit Diesel with Allison transmission. It has kneeling with wheelchair ramp.
It has all aluminum body with no rust.
The tile is clean and is converted to motor home by MI DMV.
It was running good when I drove to home from airport. All tires are good condition, rear tires has lots of thread.
I let main power switch on for a year by mistake and the battery is dead now. The battery needs to be recharged. AC seems not working well.
It maybe good project who wants unique motor home conversion
I have service manual, part manual, owners manual, electrical manual.
